Well, we've been busy traveling this summer, but I wanted to get some pictures up from earlier this yEAR. It's just a few, and I'll get more up with more detail later.
Kara's Room
We finally finished Kara's room. These are some pictures from right after her baptism. We've since added a few decorations, but not much.
This is the $45 dresser we got at Salvation Army. Dan sanded it down to the wood, and I painted it. Not too bad, if I do say so myself. |
| Just a lazy Saturday at home. Kara needs a nap, and a bib. |
Martha's Graduation
We took our first REALLY long road trip out to Seward to see Mart graduate. It was so good to see everybody! Too bad these are the only pictures I have on my camera. (I guess I need to steal some from my mom.)
| Getting her diploma. |
| Kara wants to be just like Aunt Martha, so she started by wearing her cap. |
| At Martha's track meet...It was SUPER hot that day. |
| On our way home, we stopped to see RACHEL!!! :) |
3 Months Old Today!
I'm realizing how old these pictures are... Over 2 months old! Sorry guys...
My 1st Mother's Day :)
| Kara can hold the bottle for me now. |
| Oh, just hanging out at Dan's track meet. One of the many this spring. |
| Asleep on the changing pad after putting jammies on. |
Kara doesn't look too happy here, but she just woke up. The reason for the picture is the perfect handprint she has on her belly...haha. |
| I love me some Sprecher Root Beer! |
| Having my first cereal... Not sure if I liked it. |
| Pooped! |
| Frozen washcloth for those teeth that are poking through. |
| Good Morning!!! |
Cousins and Tigers and Rockies... Oh my!!!
Liz, JR, and Owen came to town, and we got to go to a Tigers (or should I say Rockies) game. Sadly the Rockies were not victorious, but we sure looked cute cheering them on!
| Doing some tummy time with my cuz. |
| Enjoying the view from right field. |
| Ungers + Radcliffes = Awesome Time |
Being Kara (and Freckles) is Exhausting!
This was the last picture we got before we left for our trip to Greece and Italy. Kara napping on the floor, and Freckles keeping her company. Let me just say, I will be very happy when that hideous carpet is gone!
Well, I will get some more pictures up soon. Until then... Ciao, Ciao!
